ORDER & SHIPPING
We offer free shipping with all orders (except for international orders). From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, we deliver in 5-7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays. Evoluzione cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
If you ordered from multiple Evoluzione designers, your items will arrive separately and you'll receive separate delivery notifications.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Evoluzione cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You can make changes or cancel your Evoluzione order up to 24 hours after your order is placed. Cancellations/Refunds will only be refunded back to the original mode of payment. Customized, Special order items, or altered items are not subject to returns. Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 8754445097 and provide them with your Order Number to begin the process. Your Order Number can be found in your ‘Order Confirmation’ email or under the “My Accounts” on the website.
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed, we offer a Free Returns service.
If you miss a delivery, we will be in touch with you to arrange another suitable delivery date. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we’ll return your order to the Evoluzione warehouse.

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all order details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification indicating that your order has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking number which will specify an estimated delivery date and time. You can also find your tracking number on the Evoluzione website by clicking the My Account icon on the top right of the home page and filling in your details.
We will then email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from our courier partner that your purchase has been delivered
