ORDER & SHIPPING
We offer free shipping with all orders (except for international orders). Once your order is confirmed, we'll dispatch it within 2-3 business days for ready to ship items. Delivery for made to order products is dependent on the designer and is listed under the “Shipping & Delivery” tab on each product page. For ready to ship items delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. If you ordered from multiple Evoluzione designers, your items will arrive separately and you'll receive separate delivery notifications. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and government holidays. Evoluzione cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Evoluzione cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You can make changes or cancel your Evoluzione order up to 24 hours after your order is placed. 24 hour cancellations are subject to full refunds and will only be refunded back to the original mode of payment. 24 hour cancellations for full refunds will not be accepted for orders placed with store credit.
Returns are accepted up to 48 hours of order receipt. Made to order, Customized, Altered, Skincare/Wellness, and Accessories are not subject to returns. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or call us at +91 8754445097 and provide them with your Order Number to begin the process. Your Order Number can be found in your ‘Order Confirmation’ email or under the “My Accounts” on the website.
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed, we offer a Returns service.
If you miss a delivery, please contact the Logistics Partner to track the whereabouts of your package.

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all order details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days for ready to ship items.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification indicating that your order has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking number to track the progress of your package. You can also find your tracking number on the Evoluzione website by clicking the My Account icon on the top right of the home page and filling in your details. You can copy the tracking number from your account and input it into the relevant Logistics Partners Website.
We will then email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from our courier partner that your purchase has been delivered
