We offer a full refund in the form of Store Credit (excluding delivery costs) on any Ready to Ship item(s) returned to us within ​7 days ​of the delivery date. Customised, special ordered, or altered items are not subject to returns. You can initiate the returns/exchange procedure by contacting our Customer Service team at​. We are unable to process exchanges, and all returned item(s) must meet the following requirements.

●  All items must be unworn, undamaged and unused.

●  All items must have all tags attached - including Evoluzione brand tag and

designer brand tag. Tags must be in their original position.

●  All items must be returned with the original branded boxes, dust bags, jacket bags and hanger where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

●  Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Here is a list of items that cannot be returned or exchanged:


●  Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.

●  Custom orders or Special Order products from designer stock.

●  Orders placed using store credit

●  Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse

●  Altered products as per your specifications/measurements


Returns Process

We offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.

To book a free returns pick-up contact our Customer Service team at​ or call us at +91 87544 45097. Our team will send you a ​Return/Exchange Form ​to fill out and email back.

Please note: We can only offer a free returns pick up from the same destination your order was delivered to.

What happens next?

Prepare your package with the returns documents enclosed in your order. Here’s how:

●  Place any return/exchange items with original packaging and tags attached inside the protective Evoluzione packet.

●  Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at​ or call at +918754445097​ ​and they will email

you a copy of the Return/Exchange form. This form must be completed within

24-36 hours of your delivery date.

●  If your return/exchange meets our specifications, ​A reverse shipment label will

be emailed to you.

●  Fill out, print, and attach the return label to the outside of the Evoluzione box and keep it ready for pickup.

How do you exchange an item?

In order to exchange an item, return the original item using the return instructions provided in the shipment confirmation email.

Please note that exchanges will be processed in the form of returns for store credit, if you would like to order the same garment in a different style/ color, your items will need to be returned first, and a new order will be placed using your collected store credit. New orders are subject to merchandise availability. Customised, special order items, and alterations are not subject to exchanges or refunds. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
